It's packaged in a tray that's ideal for presenting nice slices. Remove the foie gras from the fridge 15 minutes before serving. Slice with a toothless knife dipped in hot water between each slice.

Serving suggestions :
Keep refrigerated. Take care to take it out only 15 minutes before eating. Slice at the last minute as our products contain no colouring or preservatives and will brown superficially on contact with air, but without altering the flavour.


As a starter :

This block of semi-cooked foie gras can be served with a lamb's lettuce salad dressed with a light vinaigrette made with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

 
As an aperitif :

On toast or gingerbread.
