Blanc fleuri is a PGI Comté Tolosan wine. Gustatively regular and complex, this wine has an assertive style that allows it to be associated with many international gastronomic dishes. 

Pairings : terrines, smoked salmon, ocean salads, grilled fish, seafood and shellfish, squid fritters, monkfish, sushi, spicy dishes, poultry, fresh goat's cheese... The freshness of this wine allows it to be particularly appreciated as an aperitif.

Tasting notes: This wine has a clear, brilliant colour with pale yellow highlights. The nose is expressive, floral and fruity, with notes of citrus (pink grapefruit, lemon), exotic fruit (lychee) and white fruit (pear). The palate is airy, with the same fruity notes.

Vinification and vineyard : 
Location: the plots are located in the heart of the Comté Tolosan.
Climate: the plots selected for our cuvée are all under oceanic influence.
Soil: fresh limestone and clay-limestone, sufficiently deep and well supplied with water to resist the heat.
Vinification and maturation: Fermentation in separate vats. No malolactic fermentation to maintain the freshness of the wine. First bottling in early spring.

Appellation : The PGI Comté Tolosan is the largest appellation in the South West. It encompasses 12 departments (from the Adour watershed to the upper Garonne basin) and includes a wide diversity of terroirs and grape varieties. From Jurançon to Cahors, from Gaillac to Bergerac and Marcillac, our producer Lionel Osmin et Cie, a wine merchant who works in partnership with the winegrowers, has become the only transversal signature of the wines of the South-West.
