The South West of France legs of duck are enhanced by a porcini, girolle and black trumpet mushroom sauce. Made with only the noblest ingredients, this dish is further embellished by adding a dash of cream and truffle juice making it an aromatic, full flavoured taste experience.
Our ducks are PGI certified which guarantees the geographical origin of at least one stage in production. We can also guarantee the prime quality of the breeding and production process.

That the black trumpet mushroom is closely related to girolle and chanterelle mushrooms. Black, wrinkly and hollow, it is widely used and liked for its fine, springy flesh.
