This gourmet and fragrant terrine invites you to a tasty escape, with subtle flavours of yesteryear perfect for a starter with friends or family. Comtesse revisits the pot au feu by harmoniously combining beef with vegetables cooked in stock. A pure delight !

This terrine is made in the greatest butcher's tradition: pieces of cheeks slowly braised and enhanced with a fine jelly discreetly flavoured with tarragon, and inclusions of foie gras to add an extreme delicacy.
