Description

This slowly matured ham develops subtle aromas and a delicate flavour with notes of hazelnut and a slight sweetness on the palate. You'll be delighted by its melt-in-the-mouth texture and refined taste.
Tasting advice :
Remove the ham from its packaging 15 minutes before tasting to bring out the flavours of the South West. Our Bayonne Ham can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, with olives and toast, or as an accompaniment to mashed potatoes with porcini mushrooms, or with raclette.
