Description
Organic hummus with Brittany seaweed: Made from carefully crushed French chickpeas, it is enriched with royal kombu, a brown seaweed sustainably cultivated by our local partner in a Natura 2000 protected area on the southern coast of Finistère.
Its creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture reveals a subtle salty taste, enhanced by the toasted aromas of sesame oil. A touch of lemon juice and a hint of ginger complete this plant-based recipe, bringing freshness and liveliness to the palate.
Presented in a jar, this long-life hummus is a practical and sustainable solution. It can be stored for up to 3 years without losing any of its taste or nutrients, and does not need to be refrigerated. Its eco-friendly glass and metal packaging is fully recyclable.
