Made from pure honey France, production is based on a careful selection of raw materials:
- 50% honey from local bee farm harvested without repellent, ripe, extracted knife by cold centrifugation.
- Some Issues flour Farming wheat and rye produced locally
- Spring water, butter, baking soda, spices.
Soft, melting, weightless, subtle and harmonious blends of spices, finely proportioned, it appears delicately around a salty food (foie gras, grilled meat, salad, cheese ...)
