Description
A whole goose foie gras that is very much appreciated by gourmets because its cooking preserves the flavor of the fresh product admirably. Whole foie gras is one of the regulated appellations of foie gras: it is composed of a whole foie gras or several whole lobes. It is the most qualitative of the different types of foie gras.

Tasting advice :
Store in the refrigerator. Take care to take it out only 15 minutes before tasting. Slice it at the last moment because our products are free of coloring and preservatives and would brown superficially in contact with air but without altering the taste.
Recommended quantity per person : 50 g.
To accompany :
As an appetizer: on a salad dressed with a light vinaigrette prepared with a little Balsamic vinegar and walnut or hazelnut oil.
As an appetizer: Serve on gingerbread toast with onion or fig chutney.
