Tartuflanghe was created by passionate of truffles, Domenica and Beppe. Before they devote to Tartuflanghe in 1980, they already marketed fresh truffles from Piedmont and had a restaurant in the center of the city of Alba which became the reference point for lovers of cuisine based on mushrooms and truffles.
