Mackerel fillets in white wine: A traditional and authentic recipe, featuring generous mackerel fillets marinated in Muscadet wine, for tender and delicately tangy flesh.
This essential recipe seduces with its finesse and balance of mackerel in white wine, emblematic of La Belle-Iloise's artisanal expertise.
Caught in winter, when mackerel is at its nutritional peak, our fillets are processed fresh, cooked in court-bouillon, then trimmed and canned by hand. They are accompanied by five herbs and spices: lemon, carrot, onion, capers and gherkins, and covered with a Muscadet marinade, a dry AOC white wine, which brings out all the freshness and delicacy of their melt-in-the-mouth flesh.
Naturally rich in omega-3, vitamins and marine minerals, these mackerel are as good for the palate as they are for your health.
