The Vergers de Gascogne were created in 1946 to can whole white peaches. The Vergers de Gascogne, by regularly adding new creations to their ranges have built up a wide selection of fruit based fare.

The term "rafraichir" a fruit means, in culinary terms, to add a shot of alcohol to the fruit. Reinventing this method they have associated a particular "eau de vie". Just a dash of alcohol is enough as the the most important thing is the aroma given.
Original, surprising in taste and light the "Fruits rafraichis" are very versatile.
