Enjoy the southern freshness of our crumbled mackerel, inspired by the luminous landscapes of the Riviera. This dish combines whole Menton lemons (PGI) with browned onions, diced tomatoes, Provençal herbs and carefully selected extra virgin olive oil. A bouquet of southern flavours that enhances the natural richness of the mackerel.
The Menton lemon, recognised for its protected geographical indication (PGI), is distinguished by its unique sweetness and intensely fruity aromas. Grown traditionally in the hills of the Menton region, it is harvested by hand between January and March, in the heart of the Mediterranean winter.
Rich in omega-3, vitamins and marine minerals, mackerel is a valuable ally for a healthy and balanced diet every day.
