Description
Enriched with a Gascon stuffing with duck confit, these little squares of fresh pastry are accompanied by a fragrant Bolognese sauce, made just like at home with tomatoes, Aubrac beef, onions and shallots.

Tasting advice :
Add gruyère or grated parmesan and bake in the oven, or remove the lid and heat for 3 minutes in the microwave.
