Discover one of La Belle-Iloise cannery's iconic recipes: whisky sardine cream, the first fish spread launched in 1968. This whisky sardine cream combines tradition and originality in a unique preparation.

After being carefully fried, the sardines are deboned and peeled by hand to retain only the finely chopped flesh. The result is a creamy texture and an authentic sardine flavour subtly enhanced by a touch of whisky.

Enjoy it simply on toast as an aperitif or starter for a delicious and characterful treat.
