Edmond Fallot Extra Fine Gherkins
Description
A concentration of tradition and finesse in every jar.
Edmond Fallot's extra-fine gherkins are much more than just a condiment: they embody the excellence of artisanal expertise passed down since 1840. Carefully selected, these gherkins are prepared according to an authentic recipe that subtly combines natural ingredients: water, spirit vinegar, onions, salt, tarragon, yellow mustard seeds, coriander seeds and natural flavouring. Their irresistible crunch and delicately spicy taste make them the ideal accompaniment to your dishes, cold meats and aperitifs.
A simple recipe, noble ingredients :
Extra-fine gherkins, harvested at perfect maturity
Alcohol vinegar for natural preservation
Onions, tarragon, mustard seeds and coriander seeds for a refined aromatic touch
No artificial colours or preservatives
The Fallot heritage : La Moutarderie Fallot is the last large independent family-run mustard factory in Burgundy. For over 180 years, it has been perpetuating the expertise of the artisan mustard maker, in particular through the slow grinding of seeds with a millstone. This traditional method, which prevents any heating, preserves the taste qualities of the ingredients and guarantees a rare authenticity.
