St Georges Sardines :
Sardines, extra virgin olive oil (18.8%), salt.
Escartefigue Mackerel Flakes :
Tomato, garlic, aromatic herbs
Tarragon Salmon Cream :
Pacific pink salmon fillets (48%), water, rapeseed oil, lemon juice, tomato concentrate, cassava starch,
smoked browned onions, seaweed (dulse, royal kombu), salt, spices, garlic, aromatic herbs including tarragon (0.3%),
chicory fibre, yeast extract.
Tuna mousse with basil :
White albacore tuna (43%), water, cream (milk), sunflower oil, egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil, tuna extract,
basil (1.5%), tomato concentrate, cassava starch, yeast extract, salt, sugar, seaweed (wakame), spices.
Mackerel rillettes with seaweed and lemon :
Mackerel fillets (57%), water, rapeseed oil, organic Brittany seaweed (wakame (6.7%)), onion, lemon juice
(3.8%), egg yolk, preserved lemon (0.8%), rice flour, egg white, salt, aromatic herbs, spices. 7.6%
organic agricultural ingredients.
