Salmon rillettes : Salmon* (53%), liquid cream, smoked salmon* (10%), water, wheat flour, milk protein, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), tomato paste, Guérande salt, pepper, coriander, sweet chilli pepper* Salmo salar, farmed in Scotland.

Lobster rillettes with kari gosse : Lobster (Homarus americanus) 30%, liquid cream, saithe, scallops, shallots, carrots, butter, wheat flour, milk protein, parsley, salt, garlic, kari gosse 0.04%. May contain traces of mustard, celery and nuts.

Monkfish rillettes Armorican style : Monkfish (Lophius priscatorius and/or bugadessa ) 56%, crushed tomato (tomato, tomato juice, salt, acidifier) 13%, leek, carrot, onion, concentrated tomato, wheat flour, milk protein, olive oil, white wine (sulphites) 1.4%, crab (pulp) 1.2%, shallot, parsley, garlic, Guérande salt, Armagnac, white pepper.

Sardines : Sardines (Sardina pilchardus), extra virgin olive oil, salt. Sardines caught in the north-east Atlantic Ocean and landed in Brittany.

Plain mini toasts : T65 French wheat flour (wheat gluten, malted wheat flour), non-hydrogenated coconut oil, sugar, baker's yeast, barley malt salt (gluten). Produced in a workshop using nuts, milk, eggs and sesame.
