Chicken rillettes with red onions : These rillettes feature free-range chicken with red onions adding a little sweetness. They have a pleasant texture in the mouth and a low fat content.
Black tapenade, dried tomatoes & basil : The black tapenade with dried tomatoes and basil selected by Comtesse Du Barry, is made with pitted black olives, capers, anchovies,... and know-how.
Hummus with cumin : Cumin hummus can be served very fresh on toast as an aperitif.

Black olive 77%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, dried tomatoes 4%, capers, garlic, grainy mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt), concentrated lemon juice, anchovy cream (anchovies, sunflower oil, flavoured wine vinegar, salt), salt, herbs.
Hummus with cumin :
Chickpeas 48%, sesame cream, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, lemons, cider vinegar, garlic, concentrated lemon juice, salt, acidifier: lactic acid, spices including cumin 0.2%.
Plain mini toasts :
T65 French wheat flour (wheat gluten, malted wheat flour), non-hydrogenated coconut oil, sugar, baker's yeast, barley malt salt (gluten). Product made in a workshop using nuts, milk, eggs and sesame.
Raspberry marshmallow cube :
Sugar, invert sugar, water, gelatin (beef), corn starch, natural raspberry flavouring, carrot and sweet potato concentrate, acidifier: citric acid. May contain traces of release agent (vegetable fats).
