Description
This Onion chutney has the sweet flavour of cooked onions with just the right amount of spice, and lots of chopped onions to give it a nice consistency.
It can be enjoyed cold with foie gras and cold meats, or hot with meat or sautéed potatoes. This sweet, spicy onion jam contains chopped onion pieces to improve its consistency.
