Comtesse du Barry has selected an authentic Iberian Bellota chorizo, made from a selection of lean meat from Iberian pigs bred in the black oak acorns (bellota) which give it its unique taste. It is slightly spicy and delicately scented.
Iberian Bellota pork (Spanish origin), salt, dextrin, lactose, dextrose, soy proteins, milk proteins, emulsifiers (E450i, E452i, E451i), pimentón (paprika), spices, acidity regulator (E331iii), preservatives (E250, E252), antioxidants (E301).
