Baba au rhum: Syrup: glucose syrup, water, sugar, West Indian rum (8.8% at 50°), acidifying agent: Citric acid. Baba 9% (2 pieces) : Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, pastry butter (milk), yeast, salt, sugar. May contain traces of nuts, soya, sesame.
Residual alcohol < 5% volume.
Dark chocolate bar with caramelised almonds: cocoa mass 40.4% (cocoa beans from Ecuador), sugar, caramelised almonds 22% (almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, honey), cocoa butter 7.9%, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), natural vanilla flavouring.
