This block of goose Foie Gras, with its sweet aromas and satiny flesh, can be enjoyed in small bites, as an aperitif or as an appetizer, with a Saint Croix du Mont. Produced from a goose farm in the South-West, it is meticulously prepared according to the famous Comtesse du Barry recipe, with just the right amount of salt and selected peppers.

Place the block of goose foie gras in the refrigerator the day before tasting. Take it out only 15 minutes before tasting. Slice it or spread it at the last moment because our products are without coloring and without preservatives and would be superficially browned in contact with the air but without altering the taste.
