This block of goose Foie Gras, with its sweet aromas and satiny flesh, can be enjoyed in small bites, as an aperitif or as a starter, with a Saint Croix du Mont. Produced by a goose farm in the South West of France, it is meticulously prepared according to the famous Comtesse du Barry recipe, with just the right amount of salt and selected peppers.
