The Voyage Cacao assortment offers 30 artisanal chocolates in 6 iconic recipes, combining crunchy pralines, melt-in-the-mouth ganaches and delicately coated caramels. Each bite is designed to offer a unique sensory experience, blending sophisticated textures and fine ingredients. A true taste journey around cocoa, dried fruits, spices and citrus fruits.

 

A gourmet and varied selection :

Each chocolate has been crafted according to the codes of French artisan chocolate making :

Malo Milk : crispy feuillantine praline (9.75%) enhanced by a milk coating (25%).
Delicious, crunchy, perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

Bali Milk : exotic coconut praline (6.9%) in a milk chocolate shell (26%).
An exotic bite with sunny flavours.

Arabica Milk : creamy ganache infused with Arabica coffee (1.8%), coated in milk chocolate.
Ideal for lovers of roasted notes and melt-in-the-mouth chocolate.

Amandia Noir : generous almond praline (29%) coated in dark chocolate.
A perfect balance between roundness and character.

Arancia Noir : orange ganache with juice (14%) and zest (0.13%), coated in 70% dark chocolate.
A fresh, aromatic and elegant combination.

Normand Noir : traditional salted butter caramel (56%) and 70% dark chocolate.
The most intense and indulgent bite, emblematic of the French terroir.

Store between 15°C and 18°C in a dry place away from light.
