The Armagnac blows a wind of change over the traditional ‘baba’ and adds a note of the South West of France. This recipe, fits in perfectly with the Comtesse’s new sweet fare range which combines fresh, refined gourmet fare.
The ‘babas’ are even better with a scoop of ice cream or a fruit salad.
