The Comtesse's Pledge of Quality :
Our technique is to set the decorations on the sides of the jar without them getting into the mustard. The use of high pressure gives the jar an interesting eye catching appearance. Our technique and the olive oil, means we can mix different original flavours (black truffle with black pepper, white truffle with white pepper).
The truffle and black pepper will first impress visually and secondly by its taste when eaten with barbecued red meats.
