A surprising starter made up of a heart of duck foie gras from the South-West wrapped in thin slices of cooked ham in Monbazillac jelly. This product is very easy to unmould, making nice even slices for an aperitif or starter.

Serving suggestions :

You can serve the flûteaux on their own very chilled, with a little chives, or accompany them with an al dente green bean salad seasoned with old wine vinegar.

As for the wine, you're free to accompany them with Champagne, white wine, Port, old Banyuls or red Bordeaux.
