• Fast order
  


You have received a catalogue and you are interested in a product. Simply enter the product code (eg: FLJ04) in the corresponding fast order field. Add it to your basket, and repeat this procedure for each article you wish to order.

• Wish list / order renewal
  


During your last visit, you selected a number of products that you added to your wish list. Connect to your account, and then consult your wish list: you can then add all or part of your wish list to your basket.

In the same way, you can view the history of your recent orders to renew all or part of them.

• Search by key word
  


You are looking for an ingredient or a type of product ... you can search using key words to find a list of products meeting your requirements (for example: foie gras, figs, etc).

• Using dedicated sections
  


Nine headings appear at the top of the page, within which you can browse to find the products you desire.

Some of these headings are divided into sub-headings: use the mouse to roll down the menus and choose the sub-heading corresponding to your search. You thus have to access to a selection of articles that you can view and add to your basket.

• Fast access to basket
  

Simply click on MY BASKET at the top of the page to display the list of articles you ordered either using catalogue references or while browsing. You can then modify this list, and add or delete articles.

• Use your advantage code
  

You can enter your Advantage code in the box that appears to the bottom left of your basket; click on "Use my code" to view the details of your special offers (free delivery, gifts, etc.) before validating your basket.

• You can create a client internet account 

You can create a client internet account to manage your wish lists, track your online orders and take advantage of special promotions... or you can be a boutique or catalogue client and have never ordered on the Internet.

You do not yet order on the Comtesse du Barry site.

When you validate your order, you will be directed to a client account creation page if you do not yet have an account. Choose "Create client account" in the right field, and then follow the instructions.

You must enter your billing address and delivery address if it is different from the billing address. You will be asked to enter an email address as welle as a password than you can easily remenber to be able to enter new orders, take advantage of new promotions and track your orders.

• You already have a Comtesse du Barry client internet account

When you validate your basket, simply enter your e-mail address as well as the password that you created to access your client account.

•   You do not wish to create a client account.
  

It is very easy, once you have validated your basket, simply choose the Payment option as a guest, and you need only enter the requested information which will not be kept. For a future order, you re-enter your details.
