Comtesse du Barry has selected this gingerbread made with pure French honey 50% from local bee hives. The perfectly mature honey is gathered by hand using no repulsives and it cold centrifuged. The organic wheat and rye flour used are also from local mills. Moist, melt in the mouth, light, with its harmonious blend of spices, enjoy our ginger bread with a cup of tea or coffee.
