We selected this frozen Southwest free range foie gras, perfect for making delicious and original recipes. Our frozen foie gras is perfect for all cooking: terrine, vacuum, canned but also for the warm foie gras seared. It has a melting and buttery texture after cooking.
Weight (about 450g) and texture of raw liver were selected to ensure a minimum cast iron cooking and ensure incomparable flavor.The foie gras is already prepared by expert hands: no chore vein removal and no risk of damage to the foie gras.
Our foie gras come all from free range ducks, raised in the countryside of southwestern France and fed yellow corn whole grain. We work exclusively with farmers adhering to strict criteria requirement , followed by only 5% of French producers of ducks . We cook our foie gras in historical workshops Comtesse du Barry, Gimont in the Gers, and do not add any preservatives in our recipes to preserve the authentic and natural .
