Comtesse du Barry has selected an authentic Iberian Bellota chorizo, made from a selection of lean meat from Iberian pigs bred in the black oak acorns (bellota) which give it its unique taste. It is slightly spicy and delicately scented.
More product will be at room temperature, the more it will reveal its flavors. The ideal is 2-3 hours before serving.
Enjoy with a glass of red wine such light Beaujolais or Côtes du Rhône or a glass of fruity rose that will develop chorizo spices such as Côtes de Provence AOC Rosé Cabernet or Uby or rosé Tariquet. Champagne can also accompany this wonderfully Iberian chorizo.
